Terms of Purchasing Reading with Kelly MacLeod

1. Confirmation of your appointment and arrangements for payment shall be made at least 72 hours prior to your reading or it may be cancelled and offered to someone else.

2. No refunds will be given for skipped or missed appointments, however if you contact Kelly to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a credit towards another date and time.

3. Please note that Kelly will honor the balance of your appointment up to 10 minutes past your scheduled time. If more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be considered as a "no show." Under certain circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, Kelly will determine how to handle the appointment.

4. You, the customer are aware that by participating in this reading, you are purchasing Kelly's time and not the content of the reading.

5. You, the customer also understand that Kelly is not responsible for the information that is given during the reading and that she is only the person conveying the information.

6. You, the customer are entering into this agreement with Kelly MacLeod , to confirm in this agreement the conditions of your participation in the reading to be performed by Kelly MacLeod.

7. You, the customer acknowledge that you have voluntarily agreed to participate and request Kelly MacLeod to perform this reading.

8. You, the customer are aware that your participation in this reading is not a substitute for psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, therapeutic counseling or any other form of professional therapy.

9. You, the customer are voluntarily participating in this reading and that you, the customer accept complete responsibility for your own psychological, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

10. You, the customer acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ascertain your own need for professional counseling and to seek such professional counseling, as needed.
